Position | Description |
Job Description | Responsibilities:
- Maintain the building and its environment to be safe, clean and secure condition
- Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake repairs.
- Attend to breakdowns in the power generators and take corrective action.
- Schedule complete regular maintenance, servicing and repair of plant and equipment in connection with these duties.
- Maintain and repair painting works, Carpentry, installation work, plumbing and etc in the building.
- Work and purchase parts within the budget.
- Prepare report as and when required for monitoring

Requirement | - SPM qualification with 2 years of technical skills and above.
- Able to handle maintenance work – repair, painting, carpentry, installation, plumbing and etc
- Willing to learn and able to follow instruction
- Accountable, responsible and reliable
- Hardworking, team player, willing to work overtime
- Provide own transport and willing to travel.
