Job Description | Responsibilities:
- Lease out retail outlets including evaluating the team's leasing proposal of rental & terms negotiation
- To identify & secure prospective tenants
- Develop good trade-mix & positioning of the mall
- Plan, establish & maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Negotiate leases & attend to tenancy-related matters including liaising with legal, fit-out, operation & project departments
- Monitor new lease, lease renewal, lease covenants & leaseback agreements
- Submit relevant reports) to management on a weekly basis.

Requirement | - Degree in any discipline.
- At least 8 years working experience in leasing department in an office, shop lots, condominiums and shopping malls environment.
- Good networking with retailers and tenants
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and high pressure working environment.
